I knew from the first phone call with Simon that Rossiters were going to be superb - the perfect funeral directors. Simon was calm, thoughtful and reassured me that we could talk every day if need be. This meant that at an extremely difficult time, when I was coming to terms with my mother-in-law's death, I could discuss the details of the funeral in an orderly fashion without being overwhelmed by doing everything all at once.

Simon was always professional and warm. He knows everyone in Tenby - that really helped with making sure that things ran smoothly. The order of service was beautiful and it was really helpful to look at a printed-out version with him a few days before the funeral, so we could make some small adjustments. He has a brilliant eye for detail and nothing is too much trouble.

My mother-in-law loved an occasion and, as an artist, she would have loved the funeral. I was especially delighted that Rossiters chose blue ties - very much her colour!

Thank you all so much for everything you did to make the funeral a celebration of Claudia's life - the wicker coffin (with flowers by Ben!) was a thing of beauty.

I now know what it means to be looked after by a real family firm. Richard was fantastic on the day - he was reassuring when we ran a little late at the crematorium. 

I cannot thank you enough - it was a brilliant send-off for a remarkable person and artist. I am also thrilled that you also organised Gwilym's funeral in 2015 - and you remembered the inclusion of paintings - we did the same for Claudia and it was perfect.
